General Policy

gethits2.mysurfsite.com forbids anyone from using our services to display sites that may contain anything illegal. This includes pornographic, racist, abusive, or anything that may possibly offend.

You are only allowed one free account. Anyone found with duplicate accounts will have all accounts deleted.

• Members Found Attempting to Place Such Sites Into Rotation Will Be DELETED FROM The Data Base Immediately and Permenantly and ALL Monies, Credits and Downline Referrals Will Be Lost Forever! NO EXCEPTIONS!
• No Sites That Promote Hate, Racism, Discrimination, Anti-Social Behavior/Attitudes, Terrorism, or Any Form of Support For Terrorism!
• Members Found Attempting to Place Such Sites Into Rotation Will Be DELETED FROM The Data Base Immediately and Permenantly and ALL Monies, Credits and Downline Referrals Will Be Lost Forever! NO EXCEPTIONS!
• No Popups/Popunders/Exit Pops, FrameBreakers, Downloads (including Active X, Windows Media Player, etc.), Prompts That Stop The Surf Timer, or Sites which Attempt To Navigate Away From SurfBar!
• No Repeat/Duplicate URLs!
• No Rotators!
• No Paid To Promote (PTP) Sites!
• No Auto Responders! If You Use An Auto Responder For Your Contact Email Address, or If Emails Sent From GetHits2 To You Are Returned As Undeliverable(Bounced), Your Account Will Be Deleted!
• No Casinos/Gambling/Nat'l or Int'l Lottery (Paid or Free) Sites
• No Pharmaceutical Sites (sites selling non-prescription viagra, cialis, Ambien,etc.)
• No Psychic/Astrology/Fortune Telling/Witchcraft/Paranormal Sites
• These Terms Are Subject To Change At Any Time Without Notice

Payment Policies

Member agrees to pay all charges relating to the use of Member's account(s) according to rates and prices stated on said sales order at the time of commencement. All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. gethits2.mysurfsite.com reserves the right to change prices at any time.

Cancellation

All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and the difference returned to Member unless the cancellation was caused by Members violation of gethits2.mysurfsite.com's policies. No refunds will be issued in this case.

Lawful Purpose

Members that use our system for illegal activities will have their account(s) immediately canceled without refund of any fees. This applies to paid and free accounts. Member hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless gethits2.mysurfsite.com for any claim resulting from the use of illegal materials.

Password Protection

Member is responsible for all use of their Member account and confidentially of their password. gethits2.mysurfsite.com will not be responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise compromised passwords.

Disclaimer

gethits2.mysurfsite.com will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. gethits2.mysurfsite.com cannot and does not exercise any control whatsoever over the information passing through its network or through the Internet. gethits2.mysurfsite.com reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.

Member understands that gethits2.mysurfsite.com services may be interrupted for several reasons, including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or other problems out of our control.

Member understands that it may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of service. Anytime we have a scheduled outage, Member will be notified in advance via e-mail. yourdomain.com shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform the services caused by circumstances entirely beyond its control such as those occasioned by acts of God or other causes or which it could not have reasonably foreseen or any other cause which similarly impedes the providing of service.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications to this contract thereto are agreed to by both parties upon renewal of services.
